4. Formation of Contract
Your contract with us is formed once we successfully process your payment for the Services. We may need to verify your order details and confirm availability of the relevant digital services before we accept your order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible via the email address associated with your account, and we will issue a refund if you have already been charged.
5. Payment & Billing
When you subscribe or purchase services from Forly:

Resolution: We may offer a reasonable solution, such as fixing the technical problem or extending your subscription.
Refund Eligibility: If the issue persists and materially deprives you of the service purchased, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

Forly owns or has licensed all Intellectual Property Rights in our Services, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and software. Purchasing or subscribing to our Services does not grant you ownership over any content. You agree not to:
